According to Crytek, there is a "great team" working on Crysis 4.

It's been more than two years since Crytek announced the development of a new Crysis game. Earlier this year, the team said it was hiring more developers for the project, but outside of that it's been pretty quiet.

In a conversation with MP1st, David Fifield, the studio's CEO, provided a very brief update on the project.

It may have been two years since development was announced, but that's not long, especially for a game that many consider important. Not to mention all the technological advancements we've had since the release of Crysis 3 over a decade ago.
