
La Quimera developers admitted that they did not pull a full release and go into early access
Reburn team (formerly 4a Games Ukraine) was explained about its shooter La Quimera, which never came out last week. It turns out that they were faced with some technical problems and could not release the game on time. At first they thought that they quickly fixed everything, but it didn’t work out.
initially La Quimera was planned as a large and integral adventure. But, as is often the case with indie developers, I had to cut the appetites. Now they want to release first the cut version in early access as soon as all the problems are resolved. According to the developers, this version will offer a “deep and rich first part” - it can be passed both alone and in a cooperative. At the same time, Reburn themselves admit that the game is still not enough to meet their “vision.”
In the future, they promise to add new missions, functions, develop the plot and improve the interface. A typical story for early access, in general. The team also assures that “here for a long time” and thanks everyone for patience.
