Square Enix unveiled a new trailer NieR Replicant ver. 1.22474487139… — a remake of the original NieR, released in 2011. The video appeared on the company's official YouTube channel.

The video is dedicated to the content that was added to the remake. In the trailer, you can see additional 15 Nightmares dungeons available in the original as DLC.

It is noteworthy that in the video they demonstrate gameplay for the "NieR dad", the hero of NieR Gestalt, released for the European market. In addition, the trailer features new costumes, including those from Automata, as well as references to the soundtrack and actors from the sequel.

The game will receive an additional story episode "Mermaid" (Mermaid), previously available as a story in the NieR Grimoire.

NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139... will be released on April 22, 2021 in Asia and a day later worldwide. The title will be available on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.

Earlier, the developers showed nine minutes of the game's gameplay, and also promised that a connection with Automata would be added to Replicant.
