The authors of the criminal immersive retro shooter in the noir style Fallen Aces showed new gameplay footage

Last night, the virtual event Realms Deep 2023 took place, organized this year for fans of retro shooters and other products that reference old-school solutions. One of the most interesting moments of the event was the showing of new footage from Fallen Aces, a promising immersive simulator with a gangster twist.

As part of Realms Deep 2023, extensive gameplay of the project was presented. The video lasts nine minutes and shows game scenes from the initial parts of the campaign. We can see exploration, combat and stealth. In accordance with the traditions of the immersive simulator genre, the game will offer greater freedom in choosing methods for completing tasks and highly interactive environmental elements.

The authors chose a retro setting, but executed it in a distinct cartoon style, which distinguishes the game from other products of this kind. It's worth noting that the material shows clear improvement over the demo released several years ago (which is still available on Steam). Not only the visual design has improved, but also the gameplay, especially in terms of combat.

Remember that Fallen Aces is being released exclusively for PC. During the Realms Deep 2023 conference, the creators revealed that the game will debut in Early Access in the first quarter of next year. The first chapter of the campaign will be available at the time of release.
