The Elder Scrolls: what the new teaser of the game's developers says

The Elder Scrolls's official twitter page for the series has a message with a map image that fuels interest in the upcoming game. TES 6 events seem to take place in a new location.

There are three candles on the map: one in Hammerfell (a region from The Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall), the second – near the city of Solitude (a city from Skyrim), and the third – on a mysterious object resembling a book or a box.

Creators comment:

Record the past and create a map of the future. Happy New Year.

Some users have decided that The Elder Scrolls VI will take place in Hammerfell and Skyrim. Others have suggested that these — the “past” mentioned in the post, and the new location will be a location not yet presented in the series, the map of which is yet to be drawn. It could be the continent of Atmora, located north of Tamriel.
