Fallout 76 will have 4 seasons: details of content updates
Bethesda Softworks Official Blog details Fallout 76 content updates coming this year. Among other things, users will save Appalachia from aliens, fight gladiator robots, and also get out of the region.
Four seasons are planned for 2022, each of which traditionally starts with a major event:
- March 1st — "Outside Invaders" (Invaders from Beyond): Players must save Appalachia from aliens. Random encounters are expected, during which you will have to fight the invaders, the opportunity to receive S.C.O.R.E points. in fallout worlds custom worlds and the eighth season, dubbed "Better Living Underground!" (A Better Life Underground);
- summer— "Strength test" (Test Your Metal): Dangerous robot gladiatorial arena and other public events, game board progress update for Fallout 1st club members and Season 9;
- autumn — "Expedition to Pitt" (Expeditions: The Pitt): Players will leave Appalachia for the first time and visit Pitt — a settlement formed on the site of Pittsburgh after a nuclear bombing (the events of the eponymous addition to Fallout 3 unfolded there). Promised new quests, NPCs and rewards, as well as the tenth season;
- winter — "Tour "Yader-Mir""" (Nuka-World on Tour): road show "the coolest amusement park on the planet", "Local Boss" and other public events, as well as the eleventh season.
Season 7, "Doctor Zorbo's Revenge" (Dr. Zorbo’s Revenge), launched December 8th. Within its framework, it is proposed to assemble a team of unique intergalactic creatures with special skills in order to defeat Captain Cosmos. In keeping with tradition, the developers have added a new playing field with hundreds of levels for which you can get rewards (power armor skins, weapon skins, costumes, C.A.M.P. items, virtual currency and more). In addition, there are two new allies that can keep an eye on player camps.
The current season will end March 1 with the start of maintenance before the release of Outside Invaders. Until then, players will be able to participate in the new weekly challenges, which became available today.
