The developers of Cyberpunk 2077 announced the release of tools for modding

Developers from a Polish studio CD Projekt RED announced that official Cyberpunk 2077 modding tools are available for download from the official website of the game. Tools will be updated with the game to ensure full compatibility. 

Even without official modding tools, enthusiasts have created some impressive mods of Cyberpunk 2077 that have attempted to fix some of the game's biggest issues, restore the lighting system shown in preview demos, add permanent companions and more.

CD Projekt RED is currently hard at work fixing everything that's wrong with Cyberpunk 2077, especially on older generation consoles. Earlier this month, the development studio provided an update on the current state of the game, next-gen updates, and more.

Cyberpunk 2077 is available worldwide on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Stadia.
