Stellar Blade could get a sequel if there's demand
The director of Stellar Blade is not shying away from a possible sequel and says that the action-RPG could very well get a sequel if there is demand for it. In a new interview with Famitsu, Stellar Blade director and CEO of Shift Up studio Hyun Tae Kim spoke about a possible sequel to the upcoming games. When the interviewer asked if Stellar Blade would reveal the ages of protagonist Eva and her allies, Kim joked that the sequel might answer that question. Kim also addressed those curious about the ages of Eva and the company as a whole, saying that if they're interested, they should play Stellar Blade, because then there's a better chance that the game will get a sequel and an answer to the age question. It's hard to tell from the Famitsu interview whether Kim is joking or not, but at least it seems that the Stellar director Blade really wants to make a sequel. It feels like the Stellar Blade sequel will largely depend on how the new game is received, which isn't surprising considering it's a brand new series for developer Shift Up.
