New soundtracks, quests and photo mode: Mortal Shell update is out

The action RPG Mortal Shell has a new free update called Rotting Autumn («Rotten Autumn", which features many new skins for the game's titular projectiles, a new quest, an extensive photo mode, and a whole alternate set of boss soundtracks from Greek Death. The new soundtracks are optional, but those who have already played the game once will probably enjoy the new material along with their varied and artistically redesigned skins. 

Ghost in Rotting Corpse Simulator Mortal Shell caused quite a stir when it was introduced and released earlier this year, both because it is beautifully rendered on its own , and because of its resemblance to everyone's favorite Dark Souls franchise. These visuals are probably the reason why the developers worked hard to add photo mode. 

Mortal Shell is on sale on the Epic Games Store for $30, discounted at $24 until November 5 and will be available on Steam somewhere in 2021.
