Rainbow Six Extraction release date announced

Ubisoft updated news note about co-op shooter Rainbow Six Extraction on the official website. The key change was the addition of a release date: the game will be available to users on January 20, 2022.

Initially, the release of Rainbow Six Extraction was scheduled for September 16, 2021, but the developers decided to postpone the shooter indefinitely. It was later announced that the game would be released in January 2022, but the exact date was not announced.

The game's official page still only reports a release window with no specific date — presumably Ubisoft will announce it soon.

Rainbow Six Extraction is coming to PC, PlayStation 4 and 5, as well as Xbox One and Series X/S. Earlier, the authors of the shooter noted that they want to provide users with a full-fledged AAA game, which is the reason for the postponement to a later date.
