The creator of Hellgate: London has announced Hellgate: Redemption for PC and consoles

Lunacy Games, the studio founded in September 2022 by Hellgate: London creator Bill Roper, has signed a licensing agreement with HanbitSoft to create a new AAA title in the Hellgate franchise for consoles and PC, the company announced. Codenamed Hellgate: Redemption, the game will take place in an unrevealed alternate history of the franchise, a world of demonic apocalypse.

"I have dreamed of returning to the franchise we created in 2007 for many, many years." ;, Lunacy Games CEO and co-founder Bill Roper said in a press release. "I always felt like I had unfinished business with the Hellgate IP, which is why our code name for the project is Hellgate: Redemption.
