The Witcher 4 is a priority for CD Projekt. The new Cyberpunk is being developed by teams in three countries

There are few games we look forward to as much as the new Witcher. Wild Hunt became one of the best games and forever established CD Projekt among the leading development teams. Cyberpunk 2077 has proven to be every bit as successful as its financial data suggests. Aftermath interviewed Pavel Sasko, director of the next Cyberpunk game. He raised some interesting questions.

The new Witcher saga is a priority for CD Projekt Red, as they have mentioned several times. Due to significant difficulties surrounding the development of Cyberpunk 2077, CD Projekt decided to develop a sustainable method for creating games. This is done in order to avoid problems that arose during the development of Cyberpunk. Pavel Sasko also reported that part of the team that created the first part is currently developing a new game from the Witcher series. We are talking about very intensive work.

But that’s not all, because as we We know CD Projekt is also working on the next Cyberpunk. It is run by a team that creates the game in the following countries: USA, Poland and Canada. The Poland team will consist of experienced artists who worked on the Phantom Liberty expansion, while the Vancouver team will provide engineering support. However, the main project is being built in Boston.

Sasko also notes that the studio would like to use the idea used in the Phantom Liberty expansion, although this is not an easy task.
