Microsoft has confirmed to TrueAchievements that the missing Final Fantasy titles announced at X019 are still planned to be added to Xbox Game Pass.
"As we announced at X019, we're excited to bring the Final Fantasy franchise to gamers with Xbox Game Pass, — he said. — We have been doing this throughout 2020 and will continue to do so in 2021 and beyond. We look forward to announcing specific launch dates [on the service] for new Final Fantasy games in the future.

Microsoft and Square Enix yet to be added to Xbox Game Pass Final Fantasy X: HD Remastered, Final Fantasy X-2: HD Remastered, Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age, Final Fantasy XIII, Final Fantasy XIII-2 and Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII.
